Case Study
Lizas Kitchen Perth, WA was a cafe in University of Western Australia. Liza, the cafe owner wanted to explore a new design for her website, because she was planning on expanding her business. I designed the following design for the website. I used Figma and Adobe photoshop for mockup creation.

Design Approach
The previous design on their website had good content - pictures of their dishes. However, the following shortcomings were identified.
1. There were only two pages: Homepage, and Contact Us page.
2. Design was lacking harmony - mismatching font pairs, mismatching colours on the website.
3.Homepage Content wasn't organised in a logical manner, making it hard to navigate.
I followed these steps in my redesign to fix the above issues.
1.Designed the homepage to provide essential information regarding the business such as business information, events they cater to, reviews from their clients, and a call to action button placed on the website.
2. Introduced a flat modern new design with a harmonious colour palette, and a font pair.
3. Incorporated pictures and icons to highlight content.
